Customer Service Center Moves to Boeing Drive

Customer Service Center located at 6400 Boeing Drive

El Paso Water Utilities’ Customer Service Center has moved to 6400 Boeing Drive. The new office is located on the corner of Boeing Drive and Airport Road.

Customer-related services are no longer handled at the Hawkins Boulevard location. Bill payments, and services such as starting or stopping water and sewer service are handled at the office on Boeing Drive. There is not a drive-through payment facility at the new location, but a drop box is available for after-hours payments.

Customers can continue to make payments at authorized payment agencies or mail payments to P.O. Box 511, El Paso, TX 79961-0001. Payments can also be made on-line and by automatic debit from a bank account.
