Edward Escudero, CPA, is president and chief executive officer of Sierra Finance and vice president and chief financial officer of C&R Distributing. Prior to his current positions, he was secretary and chief financial officer of Petro Stopping Centers.

Mr. Escudero serves on several boards, including Texas State Securities Board, Medical Center of the Americas Foundation, YWCA Foundation of El Paso, El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the University of Texas at El Paso Internal Audit Committee.

His professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the El Paso Chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Escudero graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. His term expires December 31, 2013.
