Fermin Acosta, Jr. - Vice Chair

Fermin Acosta, Jr., is Senior Vice President of Administrative Services at the Government Employees Credit Union. His responsibilities include facilities, risk management, legislation, litigation and he serves as the chairman of the Credit Committee.

Mr. Acosta is actively involved in community relations. He is a member of the Fannie Mae Border Advisory Counsel and the El Paso County Historical Commission. He also served for many years on the Career Placement Advisory Committee for the El Paso, Ysleta, and Socorro Independent School Districts. Past affiliations include the Rio Grande Girl Scout Council, the El Paso Job Corp and the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Acosta is a graduate of the CUNA Management School of the University of Wisconsin.
