They are: Stormwater Operations Center, 410 S. Cotton Album Park, Wedgewood and Lockerbie Blackie Cheshire Park, 9144 Escobar Nations Tobin Park, 8831 Railroad 120 Kappa, adjacent to Keystone Heritage Park. The distribution sites will close at their regularly scheduled time. The Stormwater Operations Center closes at 5 p.m. All other sites will be open until 8 p.m. El Pasoans in areas prone to flooding are encouraged to be proactive so that they have sandbags on hand. There is a limit of 25 sandbags per visit. Stormwater Emergencies Stormwater emergencies can be reported by calling 915-594-5500. An automated system directs callers to on-duty emergency personnel, and stormwater crews will be dispatched based on public safety priorities.
