EL PASO – El Paso Water Utilities has selected Mark Bolduc, former Director of Global Operations for Northland Motor Technologies, as the new Business and Customer Service Manager for the Utility. Bolduc replaces Luis Barajas, who retired from the Utility in June.
Prior to EPWU, Bolduc has held executive management positions at companies such as Fox Technologies, where he served as President, General Manager of Woodhead L.P. and Woodhead de Mexico, and Director of Engineering and Operations for Freus Inc. Air Conditioning, to name a few.
Bolduc, a certified Six Sigma Black Belt (a business management strategy), has vast knowledge and experience in Quality Improvements and Cost Savings Programs. He is also a professor at the University of Phoenix and Axia College with certifications to teach more than 30 classes in Business, Management, Operations, Project Management and Statistics.
Bolduc is a graduate of the University of Phoenix, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and a Masters of Business Administration in Technology Management. He also has an A.A.S. Science Degree in Design Technology from El Paso Community College, where he graduated first in his class.
