Ruben E. Guerra, who has served on the Board since February 2004, was elected as PSB Chair. He is serving his second four-year term which expires December 2011. Mr. Guerra is president and CEO of the Ruben E. Guerra Company and member of the Board of Directors of the El Paso Museum of Art Foundation and the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce. He also chairs the Board of Directors of the Sierra/Providence Health Network. He has served on the Board of Directors of the El Paso Regional Economic Development Corporation (REDCO) and member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Paso del Norte Group. He is past chair of the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce, the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce Foundation, the El Paso International Airport Board of Directors, the Sunturians, and the Friends of the El Paso Museum of Art. Fermin Acosta, Jr., whose second term expires December 2009, was elected as PSB Vice Chair, with Richard O. Martinez serving as Secretary Treasurer. Maria Teran and Mayor John Cook serve as members of the Board.
