Ramirez TecH2O Water Resources Learning Center, 10751 Montana Ave. City Parks and Recreation Director Nanette Smejkal will discuss El Paso’s Parks and Recreation Master Plan and dual use park ponds. Members will also be updated on the stormwater capital improvements program and open space projects before beginning their dialogue on prioritizing the projects to be implemented over the next three years.
