Traffic will be detoured via Tobin Place to the east and Dunne Ave to the north. The project consists of the replacement of an old and antiquated sewer line to improve service to existing customers. The system conveys a major portion of the wastewater flow from Fort Bliss and Central El Paso from the intersection of Boone Street and Yandell Drive to the Haskell R. Street Wastewater Treatment Plant. Approximately 12,050 linear feet of sewer pipe will be installed under Interstate 10, Union Pacific Railroad, Alameda Ave., U.S. 54, Franklin Canal and Paisano Dr.
