The Carlos M. Ramirez TecH2O Water Resources Learning Center, 10751 Montana Ave., will not be open to the public on Saturday, Dec. 24 or Saturday, Dec. 31. All EPWU facilities will re-open during their normal business hours on Monday, Jan. 2. Many EPWU employees will be working through the holidays. Water and wastewater treatment plants will be staffed around the clock ensuring safe, clean and reliable service for El Paso Water Utilities customers. EPWU customers needing to manage their account or pay their bill can do so anytime by logging-on to EPWU.org.
