Paying your water bill is fast and easy with Bill Matrix phone payments. There is no enrollment process and you control when and how much you pay. These payments can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including holidays).
Please Note:
- There is a service fee of $2.50 charged by BillMatrix for providing this payment service.
- Your payment will be posted to your account within the next one to two business days.
- If you have received a DISCONNECT NOTICE or need services restored, please contact El Paso Water Utilities customer service at (915) 594-5577.
- The number of payments El Paso Water Utilities customers can make are limited to: 3 payments in 5 days and no more than 5 payments in 30 days.
- A returned check charge will be assessed by the El Paso Water Utilities if an electronic check payment is returned.
