Automatic Bank Draft

EPWU's Automatic Bank Draft Program allows you the convenience of having your water bill paid automatically each month.

When enrolled in Automatic Bank Draft, EPWU debits the amount due each month from your checking account. You will still continue to receive a paper statement with your regular due date and the date of the bank draft. This program is free and available to all eligible customers.

To utilize this service you must first apply by submitting an Automatic Bank Draft Authorization Form. We have provided the link below to a printable form that can be filled out and mailed.

  Please Note:

• Customers should check with Customer Service at (915) 594-5500 or Cashiering at (915) 594-5586 to make sure their account is eligible for bank draft.
• Accounts that are signed up for E-bill (Online bill pay) are not eligible for bank draft until the E-bill status is canceled by the customer. If you would like to cancel E-bill, please contact Customer Service (915) 594-5500 before you mail the bank draft authorization form.
