Automatic Bank Draft
Another free service from El Paso Water Utilities for eligible customers.
Automatic Bank Draft allows you the convenience of having your water bill paid automatically each month.
When enrolled in Automatic Bank Draft, EPWU debits the amount due each month from your checking account. You will still continue to receive a paper statement with your regular due date and the date of the bank draft.
You can now apply for this service through our WebConnect system. To apply for this service you must first register your account with WebConnect, then fill out and submit the online Automatic Bank Draft Authorization Form. - Customers should check with Customer Service at (915) 594-5500 or Cashiering at (915) 594-5586 to make sure their account is eligible for bank draft.
- Accounts that are signed up for E-bill (Online bill pay) are not eligible for bank draft until the E-bill status is canceled by the customer. If you would like to cancel E-bill, please contact Customer Service (915) 594-5500 before you mail the bank draft authorization form.
