Payment Options

El Paso Water Utilities provides the following payment options to make bill payment easy and secure. Choose from any of the options listed below.

• E-bill (Electronic Bill)
  A secure way to to view, print and pay your bill online.
• BillMatrix Online Credit Card/Electronic Check Payments
  ($2.50 Service Fee)
  Pay your bill using a credit card, ATM/debit card or electronic check.
• Pay by phone with BillMatrix
  ($2.50 Service Fee)
  Call toll free (1-866-680-5504) and use your credit card, ATM/debit card or electronic check to pay your water bill.
• Automatic Bank Draft
  We automatically debit your bank account to pay your bill. Your statement will indicate the date and amount your account will be debited. For more information, call (915) 594-5586.
• Mail your payments
  Use the envelope provided in your statement to P.O. Box 511, El Paso, TX 79961-0001.
• Payment Locations
  Make payments at any of our payment locations or authorized payment agencies. (The payment agency will charge $1.40 service transaction fee.)
