System Maintenance: Before and After

First on the agenda of priorities when EPWU assumed responsibility for the Stormwater Utility in March 2008 was a concerted effort to catch up on long-deferred maintenance. More than 1,200 projects were completed in the first year of operation. These pictures illustrate both the challenges and the responses.
