You may remain anonymous. Include as much information as possible, such as:
- Location
- License plate number, vehicle description
- Description of person(s) dumping illegally
Tips:
- Dispose of trash, yard and pet waste properly.
- Do not dump waste, construction debris, household items (appliances and furniture) and rubbish items (tires, old car parts, shopping carts, etc.) into the stormwater system. This includes curbs, gutters, sidewalks, streets, as well as drains, culverts, arroyos, channels and ditches.
- Recycle oil, anti-freeze and other vehicle fluids, or dispose of them properly to prevent the pollution of groundwater and the Rio Grande.
- Take household trash and hazardous waste, bulky items and recyclable material to a Citizen Collection Station. Information is available at www.elpasotexas.gov/environmental_services/citizen_collection.asp
