Excellence in Management

El Paso Water Utilities has been awarded the 2009 National Association of Clean Water Agencies Excellence in Management Award. The award was presented at the association’s Winter Conference, which was held in Austin, Texas.

“This award is recognition that the entire staff is working as a team with clear direction from the Public Service Board and upper management,” says Chief Operations Officer David Brosman. “We are continuously improving programs to meet both current and future wastewater challenges, and we have an excellent record of accomplishments.”

The Excellence in Management Program recognizes public water utilities that advance the goals of the Clean Water Act by implementing progressive management initiatives. El Paso Water Utilities fulfills this commitment by maximizing efficiency in an era of rising costs and increasing water quality challenges.
