EPWU does not endorse pipeline protection programs

El Paso Water Utilities has received several inquiries about companies offering programs that cover the cost of emergency repairs to water and sewer service lines. EPWU is not affiliated with these companies and does not endorse the companies or their programs. Furthermore, EPWU does not require customers to obtain pipeline protection coverage.

Customers who are considering purchasing pipeline protection coverage from private companies are advised to read the information carefully before making a decision.
