Sandbags available at Stormwater Operations Center

Customers in need of sandbags for flood control purposes can pick them up free of charge at the EPWU Stormwater Operations Center, 4801 Fred Wilson Ave., in Northeast El Paso from 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday. Click here for a map to the center.

Please remember that sandbags are for flood-control purposes only and limited to 10 sandbags per visit. Persons who have difficulty lifting heavy items are encouraged to come with someone who can assist with loading and unloading the bags.
